Shipping
All orders are shipped within 5 - 10 business days from the purchase date, after your shipping and billing information has been verified. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays and specialty drops. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
We ship orders from our warehouses a few times per week, but high order volumes may affect our processing times. We do not guarantee ship dates or delivery dates. Orders placed on Fridays after 5 PM PST will be sent out the following week. If your item is a pre-order release, please see our FAQs on pre-order items.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship within the US & to Canada, all other countries please email us at info@jadesix.com first before placing your order as the rates of your item and shipping will change accordingly.
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on choice of carrier and location, delivery times may vary.
What shipping method / carriers do you use?
For domestic orders we ship Fed Ex or UPS Ground (5 - 10 business days).
For international orders we ship Fed Ex or UPS. (It's important you contact us first before placing your order to understand the rates of your items).
International customs, duties, and taxes for International customers:
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
JADESIX® is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact info@jadesix.com and we will try our best to assist you with your matter.
