RETURN POLICY
  • We do not offer returns. We offer exchanges of product or store credit for full-priced items purchased within the US placed via Jadesix.com only. Items purchased through third party online retail partners must be returned to the original place of purchase following their terms and conditions. For items requesting an exchange via Jadesix.com they must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached to be considered for an exchange. Exchanges will only be accepted after completing the required process outlined below. If an item is out of stock, a store credit may be granted. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any order, delivery or item issues must be reported within these 7 calendar days of receipt. After that, we might not be able to assist with any problems.
  • Exchanges or a store credit will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
  • Items marked SALE cannot be returned. All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or provide store credit for any sale items. Sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective.
  • If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email info@jadesix.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
  • Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
  • For international exchanges, we ask that you contact us at info@jadesix.com.


EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
If you wish to exchange a purchase of a full-priced item for another item of the same value or for store credit, we can provide you with a shipping label. Contact us at info@jadesix.com (please include your order number within the subject line). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SHIPPING

To begin your return, please provide within the body of your email your order number and email used during checkout.

Once your items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. 

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. If an item is out of stock, a store credit will be provided to you. Customers will receive a store credit equal to the value of the purchase price of the exchanged items.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING

  • Exchanges will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Domestic returns are subject to a $6.95 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your store credit amount.
  • International orders are responsible for their own shipping (we cannot send international labels), and incur a $9.95 processing & handling fee which will be deducted from your store credit amount.
