I ordered the wrong size or color
Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled after the order is placed. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. However, don't worry! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how we can help:
Exchange for the right size/color of full priced items
If your preferred size/color is in stock, we'll gladly exchange your item. Simply initiate a return by email with our customer care team at info@jadesix.com (please include your order number in the subject line), and in the body of the email let us know what item you purchased, and the size you are looking for. We will confirm by email if it is indeed in stock. If the item for exchange is in stock, a return label will be issued for you to send the original item back to us. Once received, we will process the new item to be shipped to you. Timing of this process varies, we will communicate with you often by email so that you are aware of the timelines. If the item being requested for exchange is not in stock, a store credit will be issued.
Alternative item
If your desired size/color isn't available, you can choose another item of equal value. Browse our collection and let us know your new selection during the return process. If the alternative item being requested for exchange is not in stock, a store credit will be issued.

We do not offer returns. We offer exchanges of product or store credit for full-priced items purchased within the US placed via Jadesix.com only. Please review our return policy for further details.
