RETURN POLICY
  • Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any order, delivery or item issues must be reported within these 30 calendar days of receipt. After that, we might not be able to assist with any problems.
  • Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
  • If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email info@jadesix.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
  • Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
  • For international exchanges, we ask that you contact us at info@jadesix.com.

RETURNS
If you wish to return a purchase, we can provide you with a shipping label via our Returns Center (US orders only). The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your credit amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. contact us at info@jadesix.com (please include your order number within the subject line).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SHIPPING

To begin your return, please provide within the body of your email your order number and email used during checkout.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be provided to you.

For returns, customer will receive a store credit equal to the value of the purchase price of the returned items.

RETURN PROCESSING

  • Returns will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns are subject to a $6.95 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your store credit amount.
  • International orders are responsible for their own shipping (we cannot send international labels), and incur a $9.95 processing & handling fee which will be deducted from your store credit amount.
